Customized Products
Due to the nature of our products, customized items cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, we are more than happy to replace or refund any product damaged during transit.
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us at info@sensationalserenity.store within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photo or video proof of the damage.

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your item.
